Vacation Makers and Consulting Group Inc. is a U.S. based incorporated firm with a registered branch in Jamaica, West Indies with investment partners Internationally and Primarily the Caribbean.

The above named corporation is engaged in the business of Investing in Real Estate, Vacation Tours and Tour Packaging and any other related business entity as agreed by the members.

It is the primary responsibility and guarantee of Vacation Makers and Consulting Group Inc. to invest the funds of the Company and its members in anyway it sees fit that will yield maximum profits to guarantee returns as agreed by both partners.

Investing with Vacation Makers & Consulting Group is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Profit yield return of 70% APR (Annual Percentage Rate) to be called profit from investment.
  2. Profit from investment to be paid to its members monthly.
  3. There will be a members meeting twice yearly to discuss and vote on investment options and examine financial statements. Notices will be sent out.
  4. Profit share payments are due and payable on the 5th of every month with 1st payment being due and payable at the equivalent period closest to 6 weeks of signing agreement.
  5. Profit is projected on a 12 month (1year) contract period from signing of the agreement and issuing of investment funds to Vacation Makers and Consulting Group Inc.
  6. This is a 1 year contract and a premature cancellation of membership will incur penalties and conditions as follows:
    1. Request for cancellation can be made in writing at any time.
    2. Cancellation will take 30 days for processing and therefore refund cheques will be ready 30 days after receiving written request for cancellation of agreement.
    3. Premature cancellation will result in all paid profits being reversed and subtracted from refund cheque.
  7. For Foreign members, the following conditions apply:
    1. If membership drafts of any kind are drawn on a bank outside Jamaica there will be a clearance period of an additional 30 days from our actually receiving the draft before profit will start being made and posted to their accounts. Wire transfer service is available, however, wherein this condition will not apply.
    2. If account for profit to be paid is with a bank outside of Jamaica a yearly service fee of Three Hundred U.S. Dollars (U.S$300.00) will be charged.
  8. All principal investments and profits are fully guaranteed for the period of this agreement which is one (1) year from the date of signing.
  9. This contract is renewable by the member after the end of each year, but if such request for renewal is not made prior to end of contract refund will be made payable upon expiry date.
