  1. Invest 20% with us and we will purchase the house of your choice and give it to you with no monthly payments required from you as the interest from your investment will make your mortgage payment.
  2. You have to be a member of the club for at least two (2) years prior to you getting the mortgage.
  3. Members can roll-over profits or otherwise continually save with us toward downpayment and closing costs if needed.
